Customer Ordering Errors:
Our C-TPAT (Customs Trade Partners Against Terrorism), HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), GMP (Good Manufacturing Processes) and Organic policies require that we rigorously maintain the safety and integrity of the food chain. As such – RETURNS OF TEA ARE NOT ACCEPTED SINCE TEA IS A FOOD ITEM. Non-tea items are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Any returns must be pre-authorized by Espirita Tea Company Ltd.

Espirita Tea Errors: (we are not perfect)
Shipping errors by Espirita Tea will be picked up if original packing is intact. Alternatively, we will ask if you would be interested in retaining the product sent in error at a 25% discount.

Shipping times indicated are approximate. The Espirita Tea Company Ltd. takes no responsibility for speed of delivery. Severe weather, political interference, strikes and other events beyond our control play a significant part in logistics that are beyond Espirita Tea’s control.
We only use C-TPAT certified carriers (Customs Trade Partners Against Terrorism).

Our preferred international carrier, has the world’s best automated tracking system. Once a product leaves our warehouse we encourage you to use the interactive UPS tracking tool found on our website.
From time to time we do use non-UPS carriers. At this time, these carriers are not linked to our interactive tracking tool.

Transit times indicated below are indicative of UPS ground service only, from the moment a product leaves our warehouse(s). For rural locations please add 1-3 days to the following transit estimates.

SHORTAGES & DAMAGES

All orders are triple checked for accuracy and numerous steps are taken to avoid shipping damage. However, we are only human and from time to time shortages and damage can occur. In these rare instances please report them to our office within 3 days of delivery of your order. On the 4th day following all deliveries, Espirita Tea will assume that all products shipped conform to your order, and have been deemed acceptable by you.

Extended payment terms and credit limits may be given after your credit application is approved. Until approval is given, all shipments will require payment before any product leaves our warehouse(s).
